BWML was established in 2004 and operates 18 coastal and inland marinas across the UK as well as offering brokerage and, more recently, Floating Homes. Whilst managing and maintaining these marinas remains at the heart of its operation, the launch of Aquavista enables the business to refocus its core values, putting customer experience and the essence of waterside life at the forefront of everything it does. By taking care of the essentials, Aquavista hopes to encourage everyone to discover the very best of the waterside.
Aquavista believes this marks a significant shift in focus for the company, reflecting its mission to “deliver a great waterside experience, whether you live, visit or work at an Aquavista marina”. The new identity includes a name change, the launch of a brand-new website and an updated logo and signage. The name itself translates to waterside view and was influenced by feedback from customers, who have outlined what is most important to them about being within a marina; close proximity to water and nature, the tranquillity of waterside living and enjoying the simpler things in life.
There’s also a new website reflecting the essence of the new brand and better serving the needs of its customers, with informative content and a dedicated customer portal that stores moorers important documents in one easy to find location.
