Shipping, Refund and Returns Policy


Shipping

The cost of shipping varies from vendor to vendor and there may be multiple charges if your order contains products from more than one vendor.  You can check the cost of shipping for each vendor on our vendors’ page.

We endeavour to despatch orders within two working days of receipt of the order, but occasionally it may take longer. We will advise you if the despatch takes more than 14 days. If you have ordered more than one item, they may be despatched separately, but you still pay only the one postage charge.

We do not currently ship abroad.


Refunds

If you have any problem with the product you purchased from our website or would like to return it, please contact us via our email services@canaljunction.com so we may assist you.

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days, and you must inform us within this period if you would like a refund or exchange. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. We require a receipt or proof of purchase to complete your return.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or the original payment method.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund, please check your bank account again. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Then contact your credit card company. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, email us at services@canajunction.com so we may assist you.


Shipping Returns

Before returning a product please contact us at services@canaljunction.com so we can advise to of the correct return address.

You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If returning more expensive items, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
