Very friendly and helpful staff. I have never been in charge of a boat before but they explained what I needed to do and made sure that I moored up safely once back at the harbour. My children and I loved the experience, so did my dog sleeping on the back seat on the way back. I would do this again with this company if I visit this area again in the future

Husband loves the boats and water, I’m absolutely terrified of water, but we were celebrating our 20th anniversary so booked a trip. Absolutely loved the whole experience, oli the skipper very knowledgeable and such a peaceful interesting trip, we had the best 2 hours on board. Definitely do it again if we are back in the area.

Lovely 2hr river trip on the Queen Of The Broads, with a fantastic commentary absolutely full of interesting information from the boats skipper, Richard. Been coming to the Broads since 1964 and previously owned a couple of boats, but the beauty of the trip on the Queen Of The Broads is that someone else is taking care of navigating the boat and I could relax and concentrate on taking photographs from the boat’s upper deck which gives great views not seen from a motor cruiser. I would highly recommend this thoroughly enjoyable and relaxing trip even if you know the Broads well, as indeed I do, you will still hear and see things of interest you didn’t previously know. Thanks, especially to skipper Richard, for an excellent afternoon out!

We went out on the Vintage Broadsman for the River Trip to explore the water way and the Broads National Park.

Firstly the booking was so easy which was really useful. There are no hidden costs, all information is clear and everything is explained fully.

Easy to find location with sufficient parking at reasonable rates. I would suggest downloading the parking app for ease.

The skipper welcomed us upon boarding with a friendly smile and a little chat. Then we headed downstairs to the seating area as it was a hot day and we didn’t want to sit in the sun. The main area has the bar in it where you can get an ice cold pint, a glass of wine, spirits, soft drinks, hot drinks and snacks and treats including ice cream. All at reasonable prices which was a pleasant surprise.

The lady serving was very polite, friendly and had a laugh with us which was nice.

The trip itself was around 1.5 hrs and was filled with beautiful scenery and wildlife and the skippers informative commentary during the trip was brilliant, telling us about all the local history, the buildings along the river, the wildlife, conservation projects and general local information of interest.

I love the waterways and this trip really made my afternoon as it was so relaxing but so much fun and informative.

If you are in Norfolk I would recommend going and taking one of these tours. It’s worth the drive.

Needless to say a very enjoyable experience for young and old, with lots of photo opportunities.

We are planning our next visit to Norfolk already and we are looking at staying in the area and possibly getting a day boat next time also.

Having done a 2 weeks holiday on the Broads before, returned yesterday for my daughter to experience it for the first time.

Weather was amazing, and there is nothing more beautiful than the Norfolk Broads.

Would highly recommend it as a must for all.

Looking to book a week holiday on there next year.
