The owner asked us to post a review- so here goes. We called in at the marina on a Sunday and were pleased they were open. It was our first pump out and we had two tanks. We now realise that as part of the pump out he should have also rinsed out the tanks and added a litre of blue – he did neither. He was helpful in selling us a bottle of blue when I asked if it was needed – and some more grease for the stern gland – demonstrating how to add the grease to the applicator- so for that we are grateful.

I have always wanted to try canal boating. We came from New Zealand on a 9 week european holiday, and started with 4 night trip with 3 people. Great responce to all queries.

Me and my husband spent Easter weekend on Golden Princess. It was our first time on a barge. The boat was beautiful and throughly enjoyed the experience. Paul and the staff were very helpful and welcoming. Would definitely recommend 😁

10 days on the four counties ring, great service and handover, well laid out craft, and even after a minor fault on the first night ‘immediately’ rectified by the amazing owner Paul coming out to fix in the dark on a Sunday night !! These guys deserve every praise and great success
