It’s our 5th year celebrating my son’s birthday with all his family – 12 of us in total! We have been returning because it is such an amazing experience for not just my son – but the rest of us too. The crew are amazing – so patient – allowing my son to help with all the locks. They go the extra mile to ensure a good time is had by all. The prior administration is efficient – we are kept up to date with details about our booking, who the crew will be, a fish and chip order is placed on our behalf. Thank you so much for providing such an outstanding experience. See you next year!

This is our annual trip with our day centre members. Very friendly, helpful staff. We all throughly enjoyed the day.

The team made the young people we supported feel like part of the experience. Very accessible for wheelchair users and good onboard facilities.

We had a fantastic day here. We were travelling as part of a group from a care home and booked the large barge for approximately 12 people + the staff were extraordinarily helpful considering it is all run by volunteers. Its completely wheelchair friendly and is kitted out with everything you could possibly need. Staff offer the option for you/residents to help with the locks and steering etc and have a good knowledge of the waterways and history etc. We do this trip yearly. Plenty of parking also.
