The hotel looks grand with a great location. We love the room with a touch of Nespresso. The restaurant looks posh. We feel like we’re eating in a 5-star hotel. The staff named Darci is really accommodating. She welcomed us with her nice smile. Lovely hotel.

What a wonderful location. The views are incredible but the most amazing thing about this place are the staff who are so friendly, welcoming and accommodating. It has been a real joy staying here because of how well we have been treated as guests. The food in the restaurant is absolutely first class the hotel itself has been really well thought out in terms of its design and how to make their guests feel happy. Love this place. Can’t wait to come back!

We just had one night here as we travelled to west wales. The room was a reasonable size and very well appointed – the fixtures and fittings were very good brands and quality which tells you a lot about the place. The service was friendly and efficient and we had no trouble settling in. Parking was a little tight but the staff quickly helped us out and found us a safe spot on site for the night. We had dinner and breakfast – food was very good quality too with plenty of variety.

Overall it will be out “go-to” place for travel in this direction and highly recommended

We didn’t stay at the hotel but had a very nice lunch. Beautifully decorated with a luxury feel but affordable menu. Service was good and the food excellent ( Calves liver and fish n chips ) No wait at all

A lovely hotel just 2 mins from Brecon town. Our room 115 had 3 large windows overlooking the mountains, river and town. We had a four poster bed and bathroom with bath and shower over the bath. All looked recently renovated. We had an evening meal which was a little disappointing for the money. I had lamb which was £27 and to be honest there wasn’t much on the plate. Breakfast was plentiful. A buffet style continental with pastries, toast, fruit and cereals. The full Welsh was great and tasty. Staff were all lovely. Rooms were clean.

We had a nice chat with the gardeners who were so proud of their gardens. Plenty of sitting areas outside and cosy rooms in the public areas. The views from the hotel were fabulous. Mountains, town and countryside, such a relaxing place to stay.
