I often visit Stoke Bruerne and the Boat inn when visiting Towcester dog racing it is a lovely setting lovely pubs a shop and museum which i have visited, the museum is very small but informative with a nice cafe downstairs, The Boat pub is a beautiful pub friendly staff good menu and very reasonably priced, as Stoke Bruerne is somewhere i will be going back to i need to visit the Navigation pub and do the barge trip to the tunnel but feel they will be as enjoyable as my other few visits have been

Very friendly crew and a reasonably priced trip that takes you into the mouth of the Blisworth tunnel. The trip takes about 20-30 minutes in total and it’s a nicely paced relaxing ride.

Went on Charlie for a short ride which has now prompted us to go on a longer trip as it was a lovely ride

Nice little trip up and down GU canal including entering the Blisworth tunnel. Current virus restrictions make for a challenging visit, but staff cope well.
