10 members of our family hired a boat for a special occasion and it was such a great experience for everyone. The staff were amazingly helpful and friendly. We packed a picnic and moored up to enjoy it. The kids and adults all had such a great day. Definitely something different to do!

We arrived late due to poor weather but it was not a problem. The boat was ready and waiting for us along with a warm welcome from our hosts who helped us load our picnic before showing us the ins and outs of the boat. We had one of our party with mobility issues but again assistance and instruction was freely given.

We set out and enjoyed our birthday cruise up and down this beautiful stretch of water. At one point it rained hard so we put up the covers, moored up and enjoyed the sound of the rain providing additional soundtrack to our picnic.

We enjoyed spotting the wildlife along the banks and took lots of pictures inside and outside the boat.

On our return we once again received a warm welcome and assistance where required. Our rubbish from the trip was collected from us even though we were happy to take it home.

I would recommend hiring a day boat from here any time.

What a wonderful experience made possible by Anthony & Marcus. From booking to return nothing was too much trouble, whilst completing paperwork prior to departure I mentioned in conversation that my Mum had celebrated a big birthday during the week, within 5 mins the boat was adorned with balloons & happy birthday banner. A lovely touch & much appreciated. Could not recommend high enough!

Have hired a boat from Anthony twice now and had such a great time on both. Our little dog loves it, the guidance is clear and Anthony is really welcoming. Will definitely go again 🙂

My brother-in-law & Sister -in-law brought a property near there, a lovely three-storey house, the sat nav couldn’t find it, luckily my sister in-law came to guide us through!
