Guide To Sherborne Wharf

Truly enjoyable experience. Staff are very knowledgeable, kind and helpful. Not to be missed if you’re in Bham and don’t worry if the weather isn’t great – you won’t notice as there’ll be plenty to see during the trip.

A good trip along the canal which lasts about 65 minutes. There is a recorded commentary which gives some good information about Birmingham. There are also refreshments and a toilet on board.

Something happened to the boat so we waited for it to be fixed but the experience was nice. Audio guide and beautiful scenes around the Canal during the trip. Definitely recommend it to people who like Peaky Blinders and history of Birmingham/Wolverhampton etc 😉

Booked a ride on the canal barge at Sherborne Wharf, was an interesting tour of Birmingham canals the tour is pretty much automated, and lasts about 65 minutes. There is a bar on board to where you can purchase soft drinks and alcohol tea and coffee. Was a nice little day out.

Boat trip was nice, half surprised it turned up after reading some reviews. It was lovely to see the canal further down. Very old boat, needs refurb!! Very loud commentary. The taped ones I always find annoying. Would be much nice to have live commentary
