Lovely pub in a busy village. Good accommodation although the room was on the small side (but still excellent value) but fine for one or two nights.

Food was good excellent!

The entrance to the car park is very very narrow but Range Rovers seem to get in and out.

Went with daughter whilst staying in the area as came highly recommended and didn’t disappoint.

I had the mixed grill and daughter had rump steak. Really nice food and friendly service. Worth booking as gets pretty busy.

All the food coming out the kitchen going to other tables looked and smelled incredible.

Lovely rural pub with good pub food. Staff are very welcoming and efficient. Very good value for money and the portions are generous. We ate here very recently and were quite impressed on the whole. The all day breakfast was a little overcooked, but,it was quite late in the evening and very busy. On the whole it’s a good old fashioned pub serving hearty locally sourced food. Good value for money and well worth a visit.
