A really enjoyable trip with a lovely afternoon tea. Mark was knowledgeable about the history of canals, barges etc. giving us just the right mount of information. He was the perfect host looking after our welfare and safety. Many thanks.

We and another couple went using our Buy a gift vouchers.

Superb. Mark who steared the journey was brilliant, if you exclude his “dad” jokes.

The afternoon tea was very nice, the complimentary wine we could have drunk all day.

The scenery along the canal was very good. Basically seeing how lucky those who live along the canal are.

Can’t recommend enough

We had a delightful Afternoon Tea Cruise from Burscough to the Rufford Arm turn off. The driver was most interesting and informative. We saw lots of wildlife on the way, mainly wildfowl, because he fed them regularly and they knew it. The afternoon tea was very good and cleverly managed in such a small galley. All in all it was a very pleasant afternoon and we would recommend it.

Had a wonderful trip today. Marc made everyone feel welcome and we learnt a lot of history relating to the canals and the local area. We enjoyed our afternoon tea- nicely presented and very fresh. Will definitely be doing another trip

SUPERB FRIENDLY EXPERIENCE

We were not disappointed the Service was 5 stars. Guests were interacted with and we were allowed to join in with activities. The host was all you could ask for. Ourselves and others had requests for some changes on the menu and theses were adhered to very well. I shall be booking for the whole family. Thank you for such a lovely day me and my friend both needed it.
