Guide To Bridgewater Cruises

Was gifted vouchers for the afternoon tea cruise and finally got round to going today. Such a wonderful experience! The boat itself is very spacious and clean. Nice table set up and good service. Food was yummy – the scones were some of the best I’ve ever had! So fresh and delicious. Definitely recommend booking in advance as they tend to be booked up 6ish weeks ahead.

We booked for Father’s Day. The whole experience was excellent, from the simple online booking, getting on the boat, and the service on board. We had the 3 course Sunday lunch. Each course was excellent quality. The service was friendly and attentive. We were blessed with rare sunny manchester weather too. We’;ve already recommended Bridgewater Cruises to several people.

This was our 2nd trip on the Sunday Lunch cruise, this time we went with some more family members and once again we had a great time. The food was delicious and well presented the crew were so helpful and friendly and nothing was too much trouble. It was a lovely way to spend a Sunday afternoon. We defo recommend and are already talking about our next trip.

My daughter doesn’t do many reviews but she had to do one for Bridgewater Cruises as she enjoyed it so much!

We had 10 in our group from 4 generations of our family and we all had a brilliant time. Gary the skipper was a great, and he let the grandkids steer the boat which was well equipped with all the mod cons – kettle, oven, Bluetooth speaker, power sockets, toilet and even a shower!

Totally recommended.

Booked the Lady Harriet for a 3 hour cruise. Me and my family had a fantastic time despite the rainy weather. The boat was well equipped and homely and Gary was a fantastic skipper who made our journey extra special! 100% would recommend and book again!
