Gouache and ink reconstruction of the Landore Aqueducts on the Trewyddfa Canal over an earlier railway incline from coalmines to the River Tawe Wharves and the Nant Rhydyfilais. A culvert also fed the Landore Cornmill and later wound coal from the Landore colliery shaft and the Glamorgan Pottery flintmill. To the right was the Trewyddfa Canal incline to bring underground mine boats to shipping on the River Tawe. Original artwork by Stephen Hughes. For personal use.
