The Stourport Ring is a route that resembles a triangular shape, with a city located at each of its apexes. The journey begins from Aldersley Junction in Wolverhampton and then takes you down the Birmingham Canal Navigations into Birmingham. After that, it heads south, allowing you to travel the entire length of the Worcester and Birmingham Canal until you reach Worcester. From there, you’ll turn north and follow the River Severn up to Stourport-upon-Severn. Finally, you’ll return to Aldersley Junction by navigating the Staffordshire and Worcestershire Canal, which is fully displayed on the map, all the way to Great Haywood Junction where it connects with the Trent and Mersey Canal. The Droitwich Ring, on the other hand, consists of the Droitwich Barge and Droitwich Junction Canals, the River Severn between Hawford and Diglis on the outskirts of Worcester, and the bottom section of the Worcester and Birmingham between Diglis and Hanbury Junction.
