Absolutely the best attraction and tour I’ve seen in London. We couldn’t have imagined such various sightseeing through the canals and river locks, saling from the characteristical Camden Town passing Little Venice, boat houses and lots of nature. Unusual view of the city but highly worth the experience.

I highly recommend the boat tour. We have been to quite a lot of boat tours but this is one we enjoyed, it did take longer then we anticipated and we ended up with a fine. The staff are friendly and the lady who narrates did a great job I learned quite a bit even as a londoner always interesting to find out more about London.

Do not give this company money until they train their staff.

We were illegally rammed by a Jenny Wren narrow boat on June 18th 2023 at 3:20pm which was then followed by verbal abuse from the boat driver (pictured)

We were enjoying a Sunday afternoon GoBoat trip – my husband and I and our 2 children (9 and 4)

As we approached a narrow and a bridge in our GoBoat Paddington, we were moving at our maximum speed and the Jenny Wren boat with around 20+ passengers on board rammed us from behind.

He made no attempt to slow down and pushed our boat hard to the left bank.

The driver then said we had stopped dead (we hadn’t even slowed) in front and then said we shouldn’t be on the canal and verbally abused us in front of our children.

There was no attempt of him to slow down or overtake too the right (which was too narrow to do anyway)

Some passengers looked concerned and asked if we were ok. Our 4 year old son was clearly distressed and cried for a long time after.

I have reported him to GoBoat and the British waterways.

Please avoid as this company clearly wants no one else enjoying the water ways and has no issues putting young children at risk.

The staff at GoBoat confirms this has been reported before and were amazed but the damage Jenny Wren had caused that we were luckily not injured.

An amazing trip for my mums birthday. Lovely lady greeted us at the gate, we were so excited as we had never done it before! Had commentary on the way up the canal and learnt alot of interesting things. Such a lovely thing to do for so little money. Highly recommend!
