A nice place to embark on the River Thames boat. Great views of the City of Westminster, Big Ben, and, of course, the London Eye.

Unreliable and Unbearable Uber Boat Service
We booked the Uber Cruise Hop-On/Off service for our international visitors on Monday, August 12th, hoping to show them a great day out on the Thames. Unfortunately, the experience was far from enjoyable.
On a hot summer day, all the boats were delayed by approximately 20 minutes. We boarded at the London Eye but were unable to reach Greenwich, forcing us to disembark at the Tower of London. After another 25-minute wait, the next boat arrived but was already at full capacity, meaning we had to wait yet again.
The entire experience was a disaster, with long queues and excessive waiting times. The boats themselves offered limited views outside, with some areas cordoned off, making it difficult to fully enjoy the scenery and take photos. While the interior was spacious, many of the boats we boarded lacked functioning air conditioning, and the windows were dirty—completely unacceptable on such a hot day. The staff would not leave the doors open for some air circulation citing health and safety, yet inside it was almost sauna conditions.
The only positive aspect was the staff, who were polite and informative throughout the ordeal.
Overall, I would not recommend this service to tourists looking for a pleasant river experience. It was absolutely disappointing and unbearable. I will be considering alternative cruise options in the future.

The London Eye is one of London’s most sought-after attractions. I queued for approximately 30 minutes and it took approximately half an hour to get around. I recommend buying tickets and booking the tour time in advance online. Employees check the ticket and ask early visitors to leave the line and return only when they give their time.

After we arrived 15 minutes early for our prereserved spots, we waited over an hour as boat after boat went past, while two attendants yelled at us and were unable to manage cutting in the line. No communication other than yelling. Would not recommend at all. Better views and service on the city busses, which we have quite enjoyed. Likewise, walking to Greenwich from the London Eye would have probably been faster and more scenic, without being berated by irritated and rude staff.

Jumped on the Uber Boat to North Greenwich on Sunday, such a fun way to get around town. A ticket for two adults was circa £18.00.
Definitely worth doing on a sunny day.
