Experience in narrowboat engines and working in Marinas an advantage.
The correct candidate will also have great customer facing skills as
well as non facing, be able to work effectively under pressure and be
able to work to deadlines, managing time effectively, they will also be
able to work on their own initiative and be flexible in their approach,
working well as a team member. The candidate must also hold a full UK

Trip
boat for sale Trip boat “Swallow” previously named “Thomas Telford”
for sale as a business under the name of Swallow Canal Cruises. Swallow
operated the 2008/9 season on the Lancaster Waterbus and canal cruises
before our new boat Kingfisher took over the 2009/10 season. The boat is
registered to hold 57 passengers and three crew. The boat is 72 foot in
length by 7 foot wide and has a centre bar area with gas cooker. There
is central heating and gas alarm as well as bow thruster which will need
to be connected. The boat will fully serviced and passed out with MCA
certification for 5 years. Within the business the new owner will also
be provided with the search and rescue and operating plans. This will
allow immediate use of the passenger carrying boat on any canal in
Britain.
