I am looking for people who might be interested in utilising part of our facilities here at Warble Wharf on the Peak Forest canal. We have 2 containers, canal side, which have previously been used as workshops, They would be ideal for someone wanting to do boat fitting, repairs, engine work, etc. They are 1 x 40ft and 1 x 20ft and are connected together to form a single L shaped space.

I am looking for such a person or persons, as a co-operative venture. We already have on site skills such as electrical, gas and plumbing, and would like to see other services offered which would attract boats and boaters here. There is plenty of hardstanding room for fitting out, but limited room on the water.

The rent would be £75 per week inc VAT, and including rates.
